The '''L.E.B.''' is a weapon for the primary slot.

== Description ==
The Lifeform Eradication Beam: A powerful laser that grows in damage and size the longer it is disintegrating an enemy.

== Charging ==
The beam has a '''charge''' that decides how hard it hits and how wide it is.
* While the beam is on an enemy player or the boss, the charge climbs from nothing to full in '''2.5 seconds'''. Buildings do not feed it.
* Once the beam is off every enemy, the charge drains away over '''2 seconds'''.
* The beam hits '''10 times a second''' for the damage of the current charge: 60 per second with no charge, 150 per second at full charge.
* The beam widens with the charge, from 0.2 m across to 0.9 m across, so a fully charged beam forgives a rough aim.

== Handling ==
* The beam stops at the first enemy it touches and at walls. It passes through teammates.
* It spends one unit of its 2400-unit magazine every tick, about 40 seconds of continuous fire. It has no reserve and never reloads, like the [[Minigun]]; only a refill brings it back.
* Holding the beam on slows you by 35%, building up over a third of a second.
