The Thermal Void is a weapon for the primary slot.
Description
A caged black hole that drinks the heat out of whatever it is pointed at. Barely scratches anyone, but keep the stream on a target and it slows to a crawl, then freezes solid for a second. Bring a friend or a sidearm to make the most of it.
Classes
No default class carries it. Any custom class can equip it in the primary slot if its spec points meet the cost.
Cost
A cost is a minimum, not a price: your class's spec points must reach it on every axis for the item to be usable. See Items#Costs.
