Maps place health packs and ammo packs around the level. Walk over one to pick it up.

A health pack also puts out fire. An ammo pack refills every weapon you carry and your materials. You cannot take a pack you have no room for, so it stays for someone who needs it.
A pack placed on the map comes back 10 seconds after it is taken, unless the map sets another time. A player who dies drops a medium ammo pack. Dispensers built with the Struction Console also resupply your team.
