The TeamSpec Level Editor is the program you build TeamSpec maps in. You block out the level with brushes, dress it with props, materials, terrain, water and lights, place spawns, pickups, doors and logic, write the map's gamemode, try it in the game, and export it as a file TeamSpec loads.
This wiki covers every tool, menu, panel and setting in the editor. If you are new, read the pages under Start here in order.
